LaDainain Tomlinson Gives a Helping Hand

LaDainain Tomlinson knows how to draw a crowd in Fort Worth Рand this last Tuesday, he did it in a way that gave back to his beloved TCU community 2,100 times over. At the Albertsons Market store on Alton Road, the retired football player and current NFL network analyst worked tirelessly for over five hours alongside associates from the company’s Southern division office and local stores, family and friends to distribute the 2,100 turkeys and Thanksgiving dinner gift bags to those in the area who had received a voucher for a meal.

So many came to the store all at once that the company had to set up an impromptu drive through distribution point to ensure that everyone was taken care of (and we offer our sincere thanks to the neighbors and the Fort Worth Police Department who showed us patience and endured the extra traffic!). SUCH an awesome guy!
