Let’s get Roasted!

The holidays are right around the corner and we have put together a dozen prep-it-and-forget-it roast recipes sure to get you through the BUSIEST time of year. A couple things you should keep in mind when buying, preparing and cooking roasts:
- Buying Tips – The flatter the roast the leaner the roast. And always be sure to pick a reddish colored roast!
- Preparing Tips – Let your roast sit at room temperature 30 -45 minutes before cooking. This will help set the seasonings.
- Cooking Tips – Remember, a roast will continue to cook up to 20 minutes after being removed from the oven. So, if you don’t want an overcooked roast, remove it from the oven a little early.
