I want to report NORMAN an employee at Alberston’s Store At 6600 E. grant Rd. Tucson Az 85715, the day of 05/31/2013 at 9:00 am. We went to the supervisor to ask for some cardboard boxes. We have been shopping at this store for over 13 years at least twice a week. Everybody including the supervisor knows me and my kids since they where child’s. When we proceed to pick up the boxes; NORMAN the employee at this location said “put it back” I answer “what” he said back to me “put it back” I said “the supervisor told us to pick it up from here” he said back to me “they don’t know and it does not belong to them so put it back” we proceed to do what we were told. When we finish my husband said back to him “I love your attitude” he said back to us “get out of here” my 13 year old daughter was traumatized by the incident she cut not believe it. Its not the 13 years that we have been shopping at this store or a year or a day; is about how the best food store in Tucson permit people like this ruin costumer service reputation.
