Boise Growler

Boise, ID has hit a huge boom in the last few years of brand new Breweries popping up all over and Albertons wants to be able to offer the latest and greatest Craft Beer to our customers.

Behold: The First Growler Station at Albertsons.

“We’re all pretty excited about this,” Gaspar Calamia of Albertsons Intermountain Division said, “This Microbrew trend shows no signs of slowing down and this allows us to offer high-trending and limited edition craft beer to our customers.”

So…how does it work?
It’s like a deli counter…but for beer!  You walk up to the counter, show your ID, and ask the associate to fill the growler.  They do this for you and attach a tag to the growler.  You would then go through checkout and payment would occur at the register, just like any other purchase.  Pretty simple, right?

The first beers available* on tap for this station will be:

*These will be rotated – not all will be available at the same time.

The first Growler Station will premier at Albertsons on 36th and State St in Boise, ID on June 25.  Come check it out and get your growlers stocked up just in time for Summer!  For the first four weeks (6/25 – 7/22) check our Facebook Page for special offers!
