Why are these pans not available in Az.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 02/09/2014 at 2:23 pm

Dawn, thanks for the question. The reason the pans are not available in Arizona is because our stores in that area are not participating in this promotion. I will make sure to forward your interest in the promotion to the appropriate parties. ~Shawna

  2. Dad 02/09/2014 at 8:13 pm

Az stores participated last time Cuisinart teamed up with Al. It was a great deal as was the one for cutlery. If you are going to pass on something, how about Monopoly.

  3. BARBARA 03/09/2014 at 9:02 pm

Thanks, Albertsons non-participating stores for excluding El Paso from your giveaway program. I have taken part in every “stamp” promotion you have run here. To be excluded now is like a bucket of cold water. Now I guess I can go Wal-mart for my shopping. Thanks for making me drive the extra distance.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 04/09/2014 at 1:55 am

We understand your frustration, Barbara, and would like to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We will be sure to pass your comments along for consideration for future promotions. ~Stephanie

Hello, Kathleen. To fill the card, you need to collect 160 stamps. Thank you for stopping by and have a great day! ~Stephanie

  6. Brandon 04/09/2014 at 12:33 am

What level of Cuisinart Cookware products are there? Are the products sold individually or as a set? If so individually what pieces are there? Is stainless steel, anodized, or non stick?

  7. jeff lewis 04/09/2014 at 12:57 am

In other words, the pans are not available in AZ because the pans aren’t available in AZ. Any other questions?

  8. LAUREN 04/09/2014 at 4:38 am

    And why not Las Vegas?

    • Customer Care Customer Care 08/09/2014 at 2:57 am

Hi, Lauren. The stores in our southwest division are not participating in the giveaway portion of this promotion. You will still have the option to buy the cookware individually. We will forward your interest to have your area be part of future promotions. ~Victor

  9. bj 04/09/2014 at 10:39 am

Will these be available in the ND stores?

    • Customer Care Customer Care 06/09/2014 at 7:37 am

They sure are, BJ! The only excluded locations have been included in this blog post. ~Victor

  10. Shelley 04/09/2014 at 3:40 pm

I am THRILLED. I shop at our local Albertson’s daily in Buellton, CA. I love the store. I love the helpful and kind employees and this Cuisinart promo will add to our experience. We collected over 40 pieces of Rachel Ray dinnerware in red for our holiday gatherings and have been waiting for another fun promo. Our new home was just equipped with a pot rack over our kitchen island and new pots and pans will be fantastic to showcase it. I am in agreement with the above emails regarding a permanent vacation for poor ole Monopoly. Let your PR and promo dept know at HQ that it’s a bummer, all around. We never felt the ability to win or met one winner in doing it both recent years.
Thanks for the new promo! Best, Shelley

  11. Jennifer Reed 05/09/2014 at 12:46 am

Will there be opportunities to earn bonus stamps as there were in some of the previous campaigns? Just wondering. Thank you.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 06/09/2014 at 4:32 am

Hi, Jennifer. At this time there are no bonus stamps listed for this promotion. You may trade in a full saver card to get a $2.00 discount if you wish to buy the products outright. ~Victor

  12. cara james 05/09/2014 at 11:50 am

Does anyone realize, how much dollars in food a week, a family would have to spend to get a pot and pan set, To get the whole set ,a family would have to spend 10,300. that is ten thousand ,300 hundred dollars, dec25 2014 thats over 10 thousand in 4 months, this is a joke correct?, not very funny

    • Customer Care Customer Care 06/09/2014 at 4:57 am

Hi, Cara. This promotion is meant as a fun way for our customers to earn free cookware as they do their normal shopping. All the items can also be sold separately from the promotion. The stamps can also be used to get a $2.00 discount per full saver card. ~Victor

  13. cara james 05/09/2014 at 3:43 pm

arizona, dont bother unless you have 10,300.00,to spend on food in the next 4 months,,thats when this offer is over, you must spend 1,600 to get a frying pan , good lord ,some one please due the math, if you have that kind of money to spend at the store, buy on sale, and what you save, go purchase a scan pan set ,for 2 thousand dollars, those pans are one of the best money can buy

  14. James 06/09/2014 at 5:29 pm

Love the promotions that Albertsons runs! I collected the Rachael Ray set and gave to a family member for a Christmas gift last year and she loved them and uses them daily! Thank God for Albertsons because It was a very tight year for our family and we couldnt have afforded to give a gift had it not been for the promotion! Our store in Broussard Louisiana is the best! We love the associates there. They are always going well beyond the call of duty and are the reason we shop there daily. When we walk into the store it feels like I’m walking into my home pantry. We always get a warm welcome the moment we walk in and feels just like home.

  15. Michael 06/09/2014 at 9:44 pm

Can these stamps be combined with ones obtained at Jewel Osco and vice versa?

    • Customer Care Customer Care 10/09/2014 at 2:47 pm

Hey Michael, thanks for the great question! Yes you can combine stamps obtained from one division such as Jewel-Osco with another division such as Albertsons. Have a great day! ~Cristina

  16. rich b 07/09/2014 at 1:02 pm

why, after spending $42.34 before tax ,did i only get 3 stamps?

    • Customer Care Customer Care 08/09/2014 at 2:03 am

Sorry for any confusion, Richard. Please be aware stickers earned exclude the purchase of gift cards, pre-paid phone cards, pre-paid Master Cards, Tracphones, Tracphone equipment, tobacco, postage stamps, and other products excluded by law. If you feel your purchase does not contain any excluded items, please let us know so we can look into it for you. ~Victor

  17. colling 07/09/2014 at 9:09 pm

I love these promotions and I love purchasing my groceries from a local company! I would just appreciate it if the stickers were given to me “horizontally” for easy application. Now I need to actually apply each one to the “scorecard” stamp by stamp. Or, even better…is there an app for that?

    Thanks!

    • Customer Care Customer Care 08/09/2014 at 2:27 am

We are happy to hear that you love these promotions, Colling. We have not worked on an app to go along with this promotion. We will share your feedback about the app and how the stamps are provided so that we can make improvments to future promotions. ~Victor

  18. Sara Nelson 08/09/2014 at 1:55 pm

Have gone to stores in my local area and they don’t always give the stamps out. It’s a repeat of Monopoly all over again: not giving us our item.

  19. Teresa 09/09/2014 at 8:10 am

Please explain why this will not be held in Phx, AZ? It has every year in the past. We really enjoy getting these free items and we always shop your stores.

We are always evaluating our Marketing promotions. While the Southwest Division did not participate in this promotion, each Division operates independently, which allows us to participate in many other things throughout the year, that do not necessarily include the rest of the company. This time the Southwest Division chose to concentrate their efforts on lowering prices and alternative Marketing promotions, like Score Great Deals. We appreciate the feedback and will take it into consideration as we work through future plans. ~Zachary

It is disappointing to say the least that New Mexico stores are not participating in a promotion when they have in the past. It makes no sense that stores in certain states are not full partners with Albertson’s throughout their trading areas.

  23. Pat 10/09/2014 at 6:45 am

Thanks (but no thanks) for ruling out the SW division (El Paso, particularly). We won’t have the clutter of stamps, etc., but I won’t be helping to furnish my daughter’s kitchen, either.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 10/09/2014 at 6:56 pm

Hi Pat. We thank you and also appreciate the time you took to give us your feedback on the Cuisinart Promotion. I will make sure this is reviewed. ~Shasta

  24. Ana 10/09/2014 at 12:38 pm

    • Customer Care Customer Care 10/09/2014 at 4:16 pm

Hola Ana, siento mucho sus decepción. En estos momentos, la división sur oeste ha elegido no participar en la parte del regalo en la promoción de Cuisinart Cookware. Le voy a enviar sus interés del programa a nuestro equipo de comercialización. ~Cristina

  25. L. Harrison 10/09/2014 at 5:40 pm

We will no longer shop at any Albertsons in
AZ. Walmart & Bashas always have great sales.

If you are going to choose certain states for
your promotions than we will boycott!!!!

  26. Jay 10/09/2014 at 5:52 pm

Damn, I spent $29.75 today and thus only received two stamps. When I asked if I could but a pack of gum or something to push it over $30 and get that third stamp, I was told it was too late! Disappointing.

  27. Teri 10/09/2014 at 6:15 pm

I look forward to this seasonal program every year, and our family does a lot more shopping at Albertson’s in the fall just because of it. Why would AZ stores not participate now when they always did before? It doesn’t seem fair to show us the ads and yet not let us take part. Oh well, that means I won’t be shopping at Albertson’s as much after all. P.S. I agree with Dad, the Monopoly game is worthless.

  28. Emily 11/09/2014 at 12:51 pm

I am very disappointed that Arizona is not taking part in this promotion. I will be taking my grocery dollars to either Safeway, Fry’s or Walmart. Money talks, hopefully the southwest division leadership checks their same store sales numbers compared to last year’s numbers in January and realizes they made a mistake….

  29. Krystin 13/09/2014 at 1:45 am

I live in Henderson, NV and I spent $50 today 9/12/2014 and they did not have the Cuisinart Cookware.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 14/09/2014 at 5:41 am

Hi, Krystin. The promotion for collecting stamps for redemption is not running in Henderson, NV. You should still be able to purchase the items individually. You can ask your local store for more details. ~Victor

  30. Lisa Campbell 14/09/2014 at 3:57 pm

This promotion is running in Roanoke Texas, provided the cashiers at the store can count. You are supposed to get one stamp for every $10 you spend. My husband went today and spent $89 and only got 4 stamps. I called the store and never did get anyone on the phone. Now I have to run back down there and get 4 stamps. RIDICULOUS! Should have been done right in the first place.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 15/09/2014 at 3:56 am

Sorry to hear you did not get all the stamps, Lisa. Please be aware stickers earned exclude the purchase of gift cards, pre-paid phone cards, pre-paid Master Cards, Tracphones, Tracphone equipment, tobacco, postage stamps, and other products excluded by law). If you feel all the items purchase should qualify towards the promotion, please return to the store to seek assistance with getting the correct amount of stamps. ~Victor

  31. Susan S 16/09/2014 at 7:31 am

I am SO disappointed that New Mexico stores are not participating in this promotion. I’ll be sure to shop down the road at Wal-Mart in protest. I’ve shopped at the Taos Albertsons for years and have always looked forward to collecting coupons to earn a couple of pieces of kitchenware. Do away with that silly Monopoly game that no one can win, bring this promotion back to our area, and I’ll be back.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 17/09/2014 at 12:17 am

I appreciate your feedback, Susan. I’m sorry to hear of your disappointment, and have made sure to share your concerns with our marketing department for furture consideration. I hope you have a good night. ~Cindy

  32. Susan 16/09/2014 at 12:13 pm

I’d just like to add my voice to others here in saying how disappointed I am that the Southwest Division chose not to participate in this promotion. I live in New Mexico and have happily spent my grocery money at Albertson’s every time there’s been one. It’s been one of my favorite things about shopping there. Now I suddenly feel like Clark Griswold when he gets enrolled in the “Jelly of the Month” Club instead of getting his Christmas bonus.

  33. Lis 17/09/2014 at 12:33 pm

I live in El Paso and I feel discriminated against.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 17/09/2014 at 4:20 pm

I’m sorry to hear you feel that way, Lis. We are always evaluating our Marketing promotions. Thank you for your feedback and have a good day. ~Marie

Are prescription drug purchases at the in-store Savon eligible for the Cuisinart stamps?

    • Customer Care Customer Care 25/09/2014 at 12:26 am

Hey there, Nanu. Please be aware stickers earned exclude the purchase of gift cards, pre-paid phone cards, pre-paid Master Cards, Tracphones, Tracphone equipment, tobacco, postage stamps, and other products excluded by law). Do you know if the cookware is induction compatible?

    • Customer Care Customer Care 26/09/2014 at 9:40 am

Great question, Angela. The cookware for this promotion are not designed to be induction compatible. ~Victor

  37. Philip 29/09/2014 at 8:44 am

United Supermarkets is the parent of Albertsons and Market Street. We shop at both in Texas. Why don’t you link our purchases?

    • Customer Care Customer Care 30/09/2014 at 3:12 pm

Hi Philip. Currently we can’t link the purchases between the stores in your area because they are managed by two different divisions of our company. Thank you for dropping by our blog and I hope you have a fantastic day. ~Shasta

  38. Stacey 01/10/2014 at 5:57 pm

Can I print out a stamp card online if can’t get one from the store?

    • Customer Care Customer Care 03/10/2014 at 7:44 am

Hi Stacy. I’d be happy to see if your store would accept an online print out of the stamp card. Which store do you shop at? ~Shasta

  39. Jerry Van Nuys 07/10/2014 at 3:40 am

I’ve read the terms & Conditions and all it says is that I must fill my Stamp Saver Card with Bonus Saver Stamps.

I have a couple dozen Bonus Saver Stamps from the last cookware giveaway [the yellow Saver Stamps].
Can I use them on this giveaway? After all, I *still* spent the $10 per bonus saver stamp at Albertson’s to get them in the first place.

  40. Katrina 08/10/2014 at 10:17 am

I live in las Vegas and shop at your stores, but not any more. Smiths and Walmart here I come. Your stores are over priced and now I can’t even earn points towards a great deal. Goodbye albertsons.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 08/10/2014 at 12:47 pm

I’m sorry to hear that, Katrina. While the Southwest Division (which Las Vegas falls within), did not participate in this promotion, each Division operates independently, which allows us to participate in many other things throughout the year that do not necessarily include the rest of the company. This time the Southwest Division chose to concentrate their efforts on lowering prices and alternative Marketing promotions like, Score Great Deals. ~Zachary

  41. Lucy 08/10/2014 at 2:17 pm

I just spent $450 at Albertsons on 10/4/14 at the deli and bakery. I received 30 stamps, this doesn’t sound right? Based on the table shown above, shouldn’t I have received 45 for $450 spent? I bought food! Are deli trays & items, cookies and cake’s excluded too?

    • Customer Care Customer Care 08/10/2014 at 10:00 pm

Yes you should have indeed received 45 stamps, Lucy. I’m very sorry that you didn’t receive the stamps that you should have. Which location did you shop in? ~Cindy

  42. Lucy 09/10/2014 at 10:04 pm

Corona, CA on Rimpau =) I went back in and they gave me the right amount ty!

    • Customer Care Customer Care 10/10/2014 at 10:07 am

You’re very welcome, Lucy. Thank you for giving us your store location and I’m happy to hear that you were taken care of. ~Shasta

  43. Sharon 12/10/2014 at 7:19 pm

I’m a bit confused. Are the stamps then supposed to be actual physical stamps? I spent about $20 and the receipt said that I earned 2 stamps. There were no physical stamps though.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 13/10/2014 at 3:16 am

Hello, Sharon. Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your questions on the Cuisinart Cookware Promotion. In regards to your question, yes the stamps are physical stamps. You should be able to take your receipt into the store and receive the stamps that you are owed. If you have any further questions, please let us know. ~Stephanie

  44. Michael 14/10/2014 at 8:39 pm

Are the Cuisinart accessories on the promotion display table at my local store also available for purchase with the cookware promotion stamps? I’m particularly interested in the Cuisinart tongs on display there.

  45. Rhonda Kanatzar 15/10/2014 at 1:23 pm

I just turned in my stamps and received the 2 Quart covered pour pan. I absolutely love it! I just burned up my 2 quart pan from my Wolf Gang Puck set and this is much nicer with the strainer in the lid. I am going for the 6 quart pot next. I think this is a fun giveaway. I enjoy talking to the cashiers about collecting the stamps. Also, people in line give me there stamps because they don’t use them. But It always brings up a short talk with my neighbors that I may have not met otherwise in my community.

Thanks for giveaway…I have fun at it!

  46. Pam 17/10/2014 at 6:52 pm

I just started collecting the stamps today and was excited to see this giveaway because I’ve been needing new pots and pans for years. I still have a collection of dishes I collected thru a similar promotion back in the 1970′s, I think it was Albertsons? My dishes are now collectibles. Thanks for this giveaway – can’t wait to get my set!

  47. Trace Maltsberger 18/10/2014 at 2:35 pm

I have been to my local store several times and have never received any stamps, been offered any stamps, and was told that my having an account that I would be automatically accumulating stamps? I don’t see anywhere in my account where my purchases have been accumulating anything.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 20/10/2014 at 5:14 am

Sorry for any confusion, Trace. The stamps are given at check out. Your receipts should tell you how many stamps you earned, which are then given to you to place on the stamp card. Please visit your stores customer service with your receipts to seek assistance with the stamps. ~Victor

  48. Nancy 18/10/2014 at 8:51 pm

I just read the comments above, I collected 35 stamps while living in Jackson, WY and was looking forward to collecting more in AZ this fall. Very disappointed that these will be wasted. Please let Marketing for this AZ division know would like some consistency between markets.

  49. Peggy 21/10/2014 at 1:56 pm

Can you tell me if any of the pan lids are interchangeable with the 7″ open skillet? I almost have enough stamps for 2 pans!

    • Customer Care Customer Care 22/10/2014 at 12:42 am

I’d be happy to find out for you, Peggy. Which Albertsons do you shop at? I await your reply, thanks. ~Cindy

  50. Christi Scipione 23/10/2014 at 3:05 pm

This is very disappointing that this promotion is not in Arizona. I always buy all of my holiday food and supplies at Albertson’s. I think I will be going to were there is a little more Holiday cheer. Poor Marketing decision.
You are going to lose a lot of customers over this. The snowbirds flock to these stores in the fall and winter.

    • Customer Care Customer Care 24/10/2014 at 8:32 am

Hi Christi. We respect and appreciate your feedback on the Cuisinart Promotion in Arizona. While our Southwest Division did not participate, each Division operates independently, which allows us to participate in many other things throughout the year, that do not necessarily include the rest of the company. This time the Southwest Division chose to concentrate their efforts on lowering prices and alternative Marketing promotions like, Score Great Deals. I’ll be sure to have you comments reviewed and I hope you enjoy your weekend. ~Shasta

Sorry, but I don’t quite follow. Your website states you have to fill up a card (160 stamps) to turn it in to receive a free pan. If you want the pan that is worth 50 stamps, can you turn in your card with only 50 stamps to get the free pan?

Hi Jackie, I apologize for any confusion. Yes, you may get the 1 Quart Open Pour Pan when you earn 50 stamps. Please visit the Customer Service Desk at your local store for further details. These are great products and I’m glad you’re partipating! ~Shasta
