Council Message
The Diversity Leadership Council (DLC) ensures that diversity is reflected in our daily business. Company leaders are involved in the DLC, representing the Food and Drug Divisions, Store Development, Marketing, Merchandising, Distribution, Community Relations, Operations, Human Resources and Education.
The DLC Uses Our Company's Core Values and Five Strategic Imperatives To:
- Provide diversity leadership
- Develop diversity opportunities to achieve the company's vision and mission
- Integrate diversity concepts throughout Albertsons
