Looking for a special cut?  We have it.

Our butcher block offers one of a kind products, service and selection.  We cut our meat fresh, everyday and always have qualified butchers on duty to assist you with any questions or requests you may have.

Our ground beef is ground in-store and has no additives, no fillers and is all natural.  All of our seafood is USDC inspected!  We want you to enjoy and feel good about the food you put on your table, so we guarantee your satisfaction to all beef, poultry and seafood.

    NO you don’t have it! I just spoke to your Ladera Ranch Albertsons, and they handed the phone to 3 different people and then took my information and said they would call back.

    My request was VERY simple all I wanted to order was a crown pork roast, a common item to serve at the holidays. Guess I will once again take my business to El Toro Meat Company, they just take my order, and say thank you!

    FYI the second sentence on this page says “We but our meat fresh” I’m pretty sure you want to say ” We cut our meat fresh”

    Here’s an interesting bit: a comment from February 2015 points out a typo in the page text. “Shasta” from Albertsons responds. Today near the end of June, the typo is still there. Apparently accuracy is not a priority for the IT crew.

    Albertsons Corona Foothill butcher section representative Angie is the best. I asked for a 6 lb. cut of pork roast. Angie suggested to slow cook in oven for tender result. But first rub with taco seasoning and pan sear in little olive oil. Sit in heavy foil and sprinkle a little brown sugar. Close foil at 275 degree oven for two hours. Open foil and continue oven for 45min to an hour. THANKS ANGIE!!!

    Hmm, noting two separate comments where they point out your typo in the passage, “We but our meat fresh” and both Shasta and Jennifer with “Customer Care” promise to fix the comment. Now May 2016, typo still not fixed. Hope you take better quality care with your actual meat products.
