Rounder, Blue Moon’s expression of this sessionable style, is crafted with hibiscus and orange peel for a hint of spiciness and a touch of wheat for a smoother, rounder taste.

|Goat Cheese Crostini
Serves 15-18 crackers
Prep Time: 3-5 minutes
To zest te orange, use a small cheese grater to remove the top of the orange rind. Then, in a small mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, chives, orange zest, Blue Moon Rounder, and honey. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined and cheese becomes soft. Spread cheese mixture over crackers (about 1 tbsp per cracker). Top with 1/2-1/3 slice prosciutto and serve. Makes about 15-18 small crackers.
5 oz Goat Cheese
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
2 tsp orange zest (equivalent to 1 small orange)
1 tbsp Rounder Belgian-Style Pale Ale
1 tbsp clover honey
Whole wheat crackers or crostini pieces
1 2-3 oc pack of prosciutto (6 slices)
