What is Heart Healthy?

Meals and main dishes: Low fat ( less than 3g total fat per 100g product), Low saturated fat (less than 1 g saturated fat per 100 g product and less thank 10% calories from saturated fat), Low cholesterol ( less than 20 mg cholesterol and less than 2 g saturated fat), 600mg or less Sodium per package and 10% DV or more for two (main dish)/three (meal dish) nutrients – Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron, Protein or Fiber.
