Between caroling, tree-trimming, cooking, shopping, and gift-wrapping, it can be difficult to maintain a healthy diet, especially with that last slice of apple pie taunting you from the counter. However, with just a few simple ingredient switches, holiday favorites can be lighter and healthier, making the most wonderful time of year even better! Find five tips and tricks below that will bring the dream of a lighter Christmas a reality!

Less Sugar

Make your favorite sweet treats lighter by modifying recipes to feature less sugar.
