Meet Our Dietitian: Heidi Diller

Heidi Diller, R.D.

Heidi Diller, R.D., serves as Albertsons Corporate Dietitian and supports all health and nutrition initiatives for the banner. Heidi brings over 24 years of experience and an extensive background in weight management, kids health, heart-health and senior nutrition education to the Albertsons team. She is also a mother of two teenage boys, wife and culinary enthusiast with a passion for making healthy eating fun and delicious. Her mission is to provide customers and associates with inspiring health as well as value-oriented solutions they can incorporate into their shopping experience and everyday lives.

Diller is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California with a B.S. degree in Dietetics and Food Administration. She completed her internship as Northridge Hospital in Los Angeles. She is a Registered Dietitian and an active member of the American Dietetic Association (ADA), Dietitians in Food and Culinary and Supermarket Dietitian Practice Groups.

Her passion for nutrition, health and wellness combined with over seven years of supermarket expertise has made her a sought after speaker and media spokesperson. Diller has presented lectures to organizations locally and nationally including the ADA's National Food and Nutrition Conference as well as at the Food and Marketing Institute (FMI) National Convention. She has also appeared on over 800 media interviews locally and nationally including the Tyra Banks Show, KABC and KCAL in Los Angeles, NBC in San Diego, FOX News and the MORE show in Las Vegas.
