Better-For-You Food within Every Budget

nutrition iQ Shopping List
Your nutrition iQ Shopping List will help you find healthy better-for-you foods for you and your family.

Contains 20% or more of the daily value of fiber per serving.
Contains 10–19% of the daily value of fiber per serving.

Contains 20% or more of the daily value of protein per serving.
Contains 10–19% of the daily value of protein per serving.

Contains 140mg or less per serving. Meals/main dishes: contain 140mg or less per 100g.
Individual items/meals/main dishes: contain 480mg or less per serving. Frozen dinners: contain 600mg or less per serving.

Contains 40 calories or less per serving. Meals/main dishes: contain 120 calories or less per 100g.
Contains 10-19% or 20% or more of the daily value of Vitamin A, C, or K, Folate or B Vitamins.

First ingredient is a whole grain.
Contains 10-19% or 20% or more of the daily value of Calcium, Iron, Manganese, Potassium, Selenium or Zinc.

Saturated Fat
Contains 1g saturated fat or less per serving and less than 15% of calories from saturated fat. Meals/main dishes: contain 1g saturated fat or less per 100g and less than 10% of calories from saturated fat.
