California Turkey Burger
- 1 1/4 lb ground turkey
- 3/4 cup sliced olives
- 2 tsp chopped thyme
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 (3oz.) whole grain hamburger buns
- 2 oz crumbled goat cheese
- Combine ground turkey, 1/2 cup olives, thyme, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl. Form into 4 patties and grill over medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Top with goat cheese and continue cooking for 1 more minute. While burgers are cooking, slice buns in half and place on grill until lightly toasted, then transfer to serving plates. Place one cooked burger on the bottom half of each bun. Top with remaining olives and bun.
