Here’s a “taste” of the wines with food pairings and delicious recipe ideas:

Ste. Chapelle Soft Huckleberry

Classic Riesling notes of peach and apricot marry with the distinct characteristics of huckleberries. The crisp acidity of the huckleberries balances the residual sugar on the finish. This wine pairs great with salads, fruit and sweet desserts.

Ste. Chapelle Soft Red

Developed strawberry and cassis notes marry on the nose and palate. Natural acidity balances the sweetness and leads to hints of licorice on the finish. This wine pairs great with pork chops or soft cheese.

Ste. Chapelle Riesling

Opens with minerality followed by ripe melon and nectarines on the palate. A medium sweet Riesling with a crisp, clean finish. This well-balanced Riesling pairs well with seafood.

Try it with our Easy Salmon Pockets.

Ste. Chapelle Cabernet Sauvignon

Opens with aromas and flavors of cherries, currant and a hint of tea leaves. The wine finishes with soft integrated tannins and lingering notes of fruit. This wine pairs well with hearty pasta dishes or leg of lamb.

Ste. Chapelle Chardonnay

Our crisp Chardonnay is fruit-forward and approachable with notes of apple blossom and vanilla oak. Bright, balanced acidity supports lingering fruit on the finish. This wine pairs well with roast chicken or grilled seafood.

Ste. Chapelle Merlot

Aromas of black cherry and plum mingle with toasted oak and light smoke. Soft tannins complement the flavors for a long, smooth finish. This wine pairs well with chocolate or red-sauce pasta dishes.

Sawtooth Chardonnay

The aroma is a combination of honeydew melon, green apple, butterscotch and oak. The palate shows bright fruit, nice acidity, and a slight hint of green apple combined with the components of the aroma. This wine pairs well with fresh seafood or grilled chicken.

Try it with our Lemon Pepper Shrimp Kabobs, Vegetable Kabobs, Chicken Kabobs, and Teriyaki Beef Kabobs.
