Know Your Fiber!

I often thought that fiber was one of those things that only the elderly talked about or were concerned with. I couldn’t be more wrong; fiber is an essential component of any diet that keeps your body healthy and leaves you feeling more energized.
But, did you know that there are different kinds of fiber? I didn’t either. Turns out, there is soluble and insoluble fibers and they work together in your digestive system. But these kinds of fiber are found in different kinds of food:
- Chia Seeds
- and more!
You can find soluble fiber in great, simple snacks like in popcorn!
Insoluble Fiber can be found in leafy greens like kale!
