    Went to claim my FREE Shutterfly Reusable Shopping Bag Reward today. I was told by Shutterfly’s customer service that I would have to pay tax and shipping costs to get my FREE bag!!! So how is this FREE as the winning coupon states? I didn’t even bother to ask how much it would cost but for what I saw on their site it would be about $7-$8 for a FREE bag.

    I would like to play and win, but our local store has been out of the tickets. We shopped there 3 different times last week and each time we were told they had run out! Plus, we cannot cash in our Instant Winner tickets for the extra tickets. So in the meantime people are winning and we are sitting on the sidelines just watching.

    When I tried to get my Fandango rewards, yes I have 2, there is no where on the Fandango website to redeem the prizes, the instructions say to click on Promo but there is no such thing.

    where or how do I “cash” in my fandango tokens and what is the “prize”?

      Joann, collect ten (10) Fandango Reward Tokens in “My Account” on the http://www.playmonopoly.us website to reveal a Fandango “Redeem” button, click on this button to be automatically transferred to the Fandango redemption website. Follow the prompts necessary to redeem the prize, accept the terms and conditions to receive a $5 Fandango Reward consisting of either a Visa e-gift card, Fandango Now Money or a Fandango Certificate.     Keep trying to enter monopoly on-line and every time I try to get the site, I get one word – forbidden [I have over 150 tickets to enter]

    Finally got to open up and separate my 200+ Monopoly tickets, and 15 of them were for a different game: Nickelodeon. As I have no idea what this game is all about (and I have no grandchildren, either), is there a way to turn them in and get tickets for the Monopoly game instead? I applaud your branching out with other sponsors, but it’s getting more complicated every year (and I’ve played since the beginning!) Thanks.

      Alexsandra, thanks for reaching out to us. The Nickelodeon Codes are for the Nickelodeon Sweepstakes. You can register online on the playmonopoly.us website. If you decide to register, you can then enter your codes. Each code will be automatically entered into the Nickelodeon Sweepstakes which is a drawing where you can win additional prizes. Unfortunately, you cannot exchange these at the Store for more Monopoly Tickets.     Where can I enter the shutterfly/monopoly code? don’t see anywhere on your website. shutterfly.com/monopoly to enter the code.

    i just want to comment
    im impressed on the questions and answers that are being provided
    this was the first year i actually payed attention to the game and there were many many free items instantly and the fandango, i had no issue turning in and i havnt redeemed any yet but it wouldnt matter as i received so many other free items that it wont matter.
    this was a great game this year, and it seems that you are handling customers issues well also.
    no, i do not work for albertsons and i shop there randomly as our local smiths stores have suddenly decided to charge much more than usual, and i dont know why. it did give me a chance to visit albertsons again.
    not related, cashiers NEED to remind customers when its senior day and to enter their phone numbers. they claim once they hit total, they cant add it.
    this is not good for business, i want my gas rewards too.
