Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Terms & Conditions for the myRxCareTM Program. Over 750 participating Osco, Sav-on or other pharmacies in your Albertsons, Jewel-Osco, Shaw’s, Star Market, Acme and Lucky stores nationwide accept the MyRxCareTM card. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before completing your enrollment in the program so that you fully understand your rights and responsibilities.
Disclosures: This discount program is NOT a health insurance policy or a Medicare prescription drug plan and is not intended as a substitute for insurance. The program does not qualify as minimum creditable coverage under Massachusetts law. The program provides only for discounts on health products and services from participating pharmacies, and the range of the discounts will vary depending on the pharmacy and the products or services received. Days’ supply is calculated based upon the average dispensing patterns for the specific drug and strength. The program, its pricing, and its covered products or services can be modified by the program administrator or its marketers at any time without notice. The program does not make payments directly to any provider of health care services. Members are required to pay at the time of service for all prescriptions or covered health care services, but will receive a discount from participating pharmacies. This program is administered by Medical Security Card Company, LLC (MSC, d/b/a ScriptSave), 4911 E. Broadway Boulevard, Tucson, AZ 85711, 1-800-700-3957, www.scriptsave.com and is marketed by Albertson’s LLC and New Albertson’s, Inc.
Fees & Term of Agreement: Annual enrollment fee of $11.99* is required at time of receipt of the first prescription order. You will be assessed the fee annually thereafter on the first prescription dispensed or the first covered service provided during the renewal period. An enrollment fee is not required in the states of California, Utah, and Washington.
myRxCareTM Program Details: Members may fill a prescription for up to a 30-day supply1 for $3.99 each, and a prescription for a 90-day supply1 for $9.99 each for select generic medications. Members also receive discounts on other generic and brand-name medications. Other program values allow member to opt-in to receive special coupon offers and discounts on health and wellness items, programs and services by e-mail when provided or otherwise**. This program begins once a customer has enrolled and has filled their first prescription. There is no limit to the number of prescriptions filled.
*The annual enrollment fee is not required in the states of California, Utah and Washington.

Household Membership: Once enrolled, the program may be used by all members of your household. A household member includes any person [or pet] residing in your home. Household members not initially enrolled will be added to the Program upon request.
Limitations: Prescriptions and services paid for in whole or in part by publicly funded health care programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid, are ineligible. Prescriptions and services covered in whole or in part by any private or publicly-funded health care program will be processed through that insurance plan unless specifically requested to process through the program. The program is a point-of-sale cash discount program only and may not be used, or benefits coordinated, with any insurance plan. The cost of prescriptions or services purchased through the program are not transmitted to any private or publicly-funded insurance plan and will not count toward any true out-of-pocket or other cost sharing requirements unless the customer transmits a true and correct copy of the receipt to his or her plan. This program is governed by the terms of the membership agreement provided upon enrollment. Administrator is not responsible for providing or guaranteeing service or for the quality of service rendered. Participating pharmacies are subject to change without notice and are not available in all areas or all states. This contract is not protected by any state guaranty fund. MSC, Albertson’s LLC, and New Albertson’s, Inc., reserve the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time at their sole discretion and without notice.
Cancellation and Termination: If you are not completely satisfied, you may call or email us to cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days after receiving your membership materials, you will receive a refund of all enrollment fees.
