DIRECTIONS
In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in butter, cook ham, green pepper and onion until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt until well mixed; stir into ham mixture. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes, until top is set and underside is lightly browned. Serve between the toasted white-bread slices.
