Bagel With Cream Cheese And Salmon

DIRECTIONS
Cut the bagel horizontally through the center, sandwich fashion.
Toast each bagel half on the cut side and, if desired, on both sides.
Spread each half with an equal amount of the cream cheese.
Top one cheese-smeared half with the onion slice. Leave the salmon slice whole but cover the onion slice with half of it. Cover the salmon-and-onion half with caviar. Fold over the other half of the salmon.
Leave the smoked sturgeon slice whole but cover the smoked salmon with half of it, and spoon the capers over it in the center. Fold over the other half of the sturgeon.
