Warm Smoked-Bluefish Salad

DIRECTIONS
Sprinkle the bluefish with the salt and pepper. Cook the fish in a smoker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Set the fish aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet, and add the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, fennel, and garlic. Cook the vegetables, stirring them occasionally, over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice, wine, broth, salt to taste, and pepper to taste, and bring the mixture to a simmer. Remove the vegetables from the heat, and keep them warm.
Arrange the salad greens on individual salad or dinner plates. Place equal portions of the vegetable mixture in the center of each mound of greens. Slice the reserved bluefish into strips about 1 inch thick, and arrange the fish on top of each portion of vegetables.
