  • Preheat the oven to 325°. Prepare the basic pie crust.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the filling ingredients together, except the pecan halves. Stir thoroughly.
  • Arrange the pecan halves in a single layer in the bottom of the unbaked pie shell, and pour the filling into the shell.
  • Bake at 325°for 1 hour, or until set. Cool well before serving.
