Smoked Turkey Roll-Ups

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Place the wine in a 2-cup glass measure and microwave, uncovered, on high, for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, snap off the tough ends of the asparagus where they break naturally. Rinse the asparagus and drain. Top each slice of turkey with a slice of cheese. Divide the asparagus into 4 equal portions and place each portion along one short end of a cheese and turkey stack. Roll the turkey and cheese around them. Place the roll-ups, seam side down, in a shallow 8- to 10-inch square casserole dish. Pour the hot wine into the dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 5 minutes.
If using the Microwave Holland-Glaze Sauce, prepare it while the roll-ups bake.
Remove the roll-ups from the oven, uncover, and bake until the asparagus are fork-tender and the turkey begins to brown, about 10 minutes more. Place each roll-up on a serving plate, top with some of the sauce, and serve.
