Green Pea Rice Pilaf

DIRECTIONS
Bring the broth to a boil in a covered 4-1/2-quart Dutch oven or soup pot. Add the rice, remove the pot from the heat, re-cover, and let stand 5 minutes.
When the rice has absorbed all of the liquid, stir in the frozen peas, sesame oil, soy sauce, and ginger.
Serve warm with beef, fish or chicken. Serve cold for a light rice salad.
