DIRECTIONS

  • Sauté onion and garlic in a non-stick pan sprayed with No Stick cooking spray. Add 2 tablespoons water or stock and cook until tender.
  • Add peppers, green onions and soy sauce and cook 3 minutes.
  • Pour over rice and toss until well mixed. Serve hot.
