DIRECTIONS
- Roll dough out to ¼-inch thick. Using a star cookie cutter, cut out 16 cookies; place on a large baking sheets. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 7-8 minutes. Cool on baking sheet 1 minute. Remove to cooling rack; cool completely.
- Place neufchâtel and sugar in a large bowl; using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until light and fluffy. Add whipped topping and lemon curd; mix until just combined.
- Spread cookies with cheese mixture. Top with berries. Garnish with lemon peel, if desired.
