Grilled Margarita Chicken

DIRECTIONS

  • In medium bowl, combine margarita mix, oil, tequila, orange juice, cilantro, garlic and orange zest; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place chicken breasts in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; pour in marinade. Seal bag; toss to coat. Refrigerate several hours or up to overnight, turning occasionally.
  • Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on grill; grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F on an instant read thermometer.
