DIRECTIONS

In large bowl with cover, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and Serrano chile; set aside.

In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over tomato and cucumber mixture; stir to coat.

Cover tightly and refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Serve with slotted spoon.
