DIRECTIONS

  • Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In large bowl, combine pecans, corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 5 minutes. Stir pecans; continue baking 5 minutes. Transfer to waxed paper; quickly separate pecans. Cool completely.
