DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain.
  • In large bowl, combine cooled pasta, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, red pepper and onions; set aside.
  • In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard; salt and pepper to taste. Toss with salad.
  • Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight. Toss with bacon just before serving.
