Mandarin, Almond & Gorgonzola Salad

DIRECTIONS

  • In small skillet, melt sugar over medium heat. Add almonds; cook, stirring constantly, until almonds become caramelized.
  • Transfer to waxed paper; quickly separate almonds. Let cool.
  • In large bowl, combine oranges, salad greens, cheese, dressing, onions and almonds; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
