DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Spray an 8-inch springform pan with No Stick cooking spray.
Blend first nine ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal blade until smooth. Taste for sweetness. Add 1 tbsp more preserves if more sweetness is desired.
Bake 1 hour 40 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave cake in oven to cool, about 1 hour.
Combine remaining glaze ingredients in a medium-size saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Spoon over cooled cake and refrigerate.
