Stuffed Italian Meatballs

DIRECTIONS

  • In large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble sausage, tomatoes, onions, Italian seasoning and garlic until no longer pink; drain well. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
  • Stir in rice and egg. Form meat mixture around cheese cubes into golf ball sized meatballs; roll in bread crumbs.
  • Place meatballs on large baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 20 minutes or until golden brown.
