Stuffed Chicken Breasts

DIRECTIONS

  • Pound chicken breasts to ¼-inch thick; set aside. In medium bowl, combine Neufchâtel, herbs and garlic; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Divide cheese mixture evenly among chicken breasts. Roll-up chicken tucking in ends. Wrap each breast in 2 slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks. Place in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 35 minutes or until chicken reaches 170°F and juices run clear.
