DIRECTIONS

  • In large saucepan, prepare rice according to package directions using 1 cup milk for 1 cup water.
  • Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until cooked through and slightly browned.
  • Add broccoli and continue sautéing until heated through; transfer to saucepan with cooked rice. Add in remaining milk, cheese and butter. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted and heated through.
