Curried Chicken Salad Pitas

DIRECTIONS

  • In medium bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice and honey; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir in chicken, grapes, cashews, celery and onions. Toss until well coated.
  • Place lettuce leaves in pitas. Divide chicken salad among pitas. Serve immediately.
