Grilled Cheese, Tomato & Bacon Sandwiches

DIRECTIONS

  • Spread herb cheese on 4 slices of bread. Top with tomato slices, bacon and Cheddar jack cheese. Place remaining 4 slices bread over cheese.
  • Spread butter over top slices of bread. Carefully place sandwiches buttered-side-down on a flat skillet over medium-low heat. Spread butter over remaining slices of bread.
  • Grill until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes); carefully flip sandwiches over and continue grilling until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).
