Mint Brownie Ice Cream Dessert

1 (19.8 ounce) package Essential Everyday Fudge Brownie Mix
2 1/2 cups Essential Everyday Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 (14 ounce) can Essential Everyday Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 (48 ounce) container mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 (8 ounce) container Essential Everyday Frozen Extra Creamy Whipped Topping , thawed

Prepare brownies according to package directions in a 13x9-inch baking pan; cool.
In medium saucepan, over medium-low heat, combine 2 cups chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until melted and well combined. Spread over brownies; cool completely.
Carefully spread softened ice cream over chocolate layer. Freeze, covered, until ice cream is firm (about 30 minutes). Spread whipped topping over ice cream and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Freeze, covered, 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
