DIRECTIONS

  • In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; using an electric mixer, beat on medium until well combined.
  • Coat one side of each wonton wrapper with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Place wrappers, butter-side-up, into 1 (12 count) greased muffin pan.
  • Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let cool.
  • Divide cream cheese evenly among wonton cups; top with raspberries.
