Rum Raisin Ice Cream

DIRECTIONS

Peel and wrap bananas in plastic wrap or waxed paper and freeze 24 hours.

Take bananas from freezer, break in thirds and thaw slightly 5 to 10 minutes

Place banana pieces and remaining ingredients, except raisins, in a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process until smooth.

Stir in raisins.

Spoon into a dessert dish and serve immediately.
