DIRECTIONS

  • Peel and wrap bananas in plastic wrap or waxed paper and freeze 24 hours.
  • Take bananas from freezer, break in thirds and thaw slightly 5 to 10 minutes
  • Place banana pieces and remaining ingredients, except raisins, in a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process until smooth.
  • Stir in raisins.
  • Spoon into a dessert dish and serve immediately.
