DIRECTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg and egg whites slightly. Add the sugar, butter, oil, and molasses, and beat until creamy.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet and beat until well blended.
Flatten the dough into a large disc, place on a dinner plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350°. Lightly spray or wipe two cookie sheets with vegetable oil. Lightly flour a flat surface and roll out half the dough 1/4 inch thick.
Cut out cookies with a cookie cutter. place the cookies on the sheet and bake for 7 minutes, or until golden brown.
Decorate the cookies with Royal Icing, if desired.
