  • Prepare the Passionfruit Cream and the Sky High Angel Food Cake.
  • Cut the pomegranate in half; remove the seeds and juice and place them in a strainer over a bowl. Set aside.
  • Peel the papayas, remove the seeds, coarsely chop, and place in a blender or food processor. Purée the papaya. Add the pomegranate juice and process for 10 seconds; set aside.
  • To assemble the trifle, place half the cake cubes on the bottom of a 2-quart serving bowl. Spoon half the Passionfruit Cream over the cake cubes. Top with half the papaya purée, and cover with half the kiwi and half the pomegranate seeds. Press down lightly to level the layers. Cover with the remaining cake cubes and press lightly again
  • Spoon the remaining papaya purée over the cake cubes. Cover with the pineapple. Spoon over the remaining Passionfruit Cream. Top with the remaining kiwi and pomegranate seeds. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
