Yummy Bread Pudding

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Lightly spray or wipe a 1-l/2-quart baking dish with canola or vegetable oil. Place the bread cubes in the dish.
In a medium-size bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sugar, salt, and milk. Stir in 2 tablespoons of boiling water, then add the remaining 6 tablespoons water, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins, and vanilla. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
Bake the pudding until set, about 45 minutes. Serve warm, at room temperature, or cold.
