DIRECTIONS
Pierce the skin of the sausages in several places to prevent them from bursting while cooking. In a skillet, poach the sausages in the wine for 20 minutes. Remove the sausages and discard the liquid.
Melt the butter in the skillet and brown sausages on all sides over medium heat. Serve with an assortment of mustards.
