  • Pierce the skin of the sausages in several places to prevent them from bursting while cooking. In a skillet, poach the sausages in the wine for 20 minutes. Remove the sausages and discard the liquid.
  • Melt the butter in the skillet and brown sausages on all sides over medium heat. Serve with an assortment of mustards.
