DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Fill the pastry with the sliced peaches.
  • Combine the flour and sugar, and sprinkle evenly over the peaches. Dot with butter, and sprinkle on the lemon juice. Bake for approximately 50 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown, the peaches are tender, and the juice from the peaches is bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving with softly whipped cream, if desired.
