  • Beat the eggs slightly, add the milk and seasoning. Cook in a hot, buttered frying pan over slow fire, stirring constantly until thick; or let cook until white is partially set, then stir.
  • Beat eggs slightly, add the milk and seasoning. Place in hot buttered frying pan. Let cook until bottom layer becomes set, then with fork or spatula lift up the layer around the edge of the pan, allowing the uncooked egg on top to run underneath. Continue this cooking and lifting process until the whole mixture is set and jelly like.
