DIRECTIONS
Cook the potatoes in a vegetable steamer over simmering water for 20 to 30 minutes, until just tender.
Melt the butter in a heavy skillet, and add the onions and 1 tbsp of the seasoning mix. Sauté over medium heat until the onions are limp and translucent, about 10 minutes. Do not let them brown. Add the potatoes, and sprinkle with the remaining 1 tbsp seasoning mix. Sauté over medium heat until golden brown and crisp, about 15 minutes. Dot with more butter for added flavor.
