DIRECTIONS
Brown the onions in the fat and add the meat. Brown lightly.
Add salt and pepper, cover the pan, and simmer gently about 1 hour. Add the paprika, let cook a few minutes, then add boiling water or broth.
Cover and simmer until the meat is tender and the liquid is blended with the other ingredients. Acid the finely chopped green pepper and cook 10 minutes more.
