A Pork Goulash

DIRECTIONS
Sauté the onions lightly in butter until they are just wilted. Add the paprika and mix well. Add the pork and toss with the onions and paprika. Add the broth, cover, and simmer gently 45 minutes.
Add the sauerkraut, mix with the other ingredients, and simmer another half hour. Add more broth if necessary. Finally, add the tomato paste and pepper and mix thoroughly. Taste for seasoning. Serve on a plate surrounded with potatoes, and top with sour cream.
