DIRECTIONS

  • Rub the spices well into the ham. Place it in a baking dish and pour the cider and syrup over it.
  • Bake at 350°F, approximately 1-1/4 hours for cured ham and 45 minutes for tenderized ham. Baste occasionally. A slice of this size will serve two or three persons. Creamed hominy makes a pleasant addition.
