Cut a chilled watermelon in slices and remove the shell. Or cut out the red portion with tbsp or divide into cubes an inch square and remove seeds. Pour over a little wine or have ready a mixture of 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon to 1/2 cup powdered sugar and sprinkle this over the melon. Refill the melon shell and let stand a few moments. A hollowed-out watermelon shell makes an attractive bowl for fruit salad.
